1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) and transit time is typically 10-25 days. Depending on your destination and the shipping carrier.

CA: 12-28 days
AU: 10-18 days
GB: 7-15 days
Note: If you need expedited shipping, you can contact us at support@hycoprot.com. And we will charge extra shipping for this service. We will provide different fee plans for you to choose and create the order manually.
2. HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
Hycoprot accepts returns on all merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. For additional information, please see our Return Policy.
3. HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”.
