    Shipping policy


    Our goal is to offer you the best customer experience, no matter where you live.

    Every day, we carefully keep track of our shipping service, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

    Shipping Country

    There are currently no restrictions on the country where the product can be delivered. However, if your location is located in a remote area, please consult us before placing an order, as some logistics carriers may not be able to arrive.

    When we find that we cannot deliver to the address of the order that has been generated, we will send an email to notify and cancel the order after confirmation.

    Processing Time

    All orders can generally be shipped within 48 working days, and the system will automatically send you a notification email after updating the logistics information. If the product you ordered happens to be temporarily out of stock, we will also send you an email to inform you of the specific situation. Please pay attention to and check your inbox in time after placing the order.

    Order can be canceled or changed for size/color/style before showing shipping status. If you have any questions about order information please contact us as soon as possible before the order status changes. Once sent out, we cannot temporarily make any modifications to the backstage until you receive the goods. 

    Shipping and Delivery Estimates

    We ship in-stock orders as soon as possible. This is often the day you placed it or the day after, but there are situations where it may take longer. If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship within 2 business days. All estimates are based on business days.

    Delivery will typically take 10 to 25 days, depending on your destination and the shipping carrier. 

    Some countries refer to the delivery time: 

    US: 12-23 days
    CA: 12-28 days
    AU: 10-18 days
    GB: 7-15 days

    FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS (STANDARD LOGISTICS). NO TAXES OR ANY OTHER HIDDEN CHARGES.

    DHL logistics: If you need expedited shipping, you can contact us at support@hycoprot.com before ordering. We will apply to upgrade the express carrier to DHL, which will reduce shipping time and incur additional costs. All logistics upgrade fees will be confirmed with you before collection.

    Note

    1) Check the address: Please verify you have the correct shipping address on your order PRIOR to making payment as this is the address we will ship to.

    2) Force majeure factors for order delay: When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, we also ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather/policy permits. An email notification will be sent to keep you informed.

    3) When receiving a damaged package: We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that products are not damaged. If the item is damaged in transit, please immediately contact us at support@hycoprot.com within 3 business days after receiving shipping. Be aware of any visible damage (scratches, dents, etc.) or operational damage (the system will not work), take a digital photo and provide Hycopro with detailed proof of damage as this will help us process your order refund quickly.

    Order Tracking

    For each order you place, you will receive at least 2 emails: An Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. A Shipment Confirmation email including your order number, the carrier's information, the date and time the order was placed, the status of the order, and package tracking numbers for items that have shipped. You can track your items on the carrier's official website 24 hours a day.

    2) If the product does not meet your expectations or the wrong order is placed after the order has been shipped, we will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.
